Phu My Hung’s The Aurora was built on a land plot of more than 2,300 square meters. The project consists of a 12-story building with a total of 95 apartments. This is the only high-end apartment project introduced by Phu My Hung in the past three years.
On March 8, Phu My Hung organized the grand opening of the model house and officially launched its new project, Phu My Hung The Aurora, with the participation of nearly 400 customers.

The project belongs to the luxury apartment segment and is developed on a land area of over 2,300 square meters. It features a 12-story tower with 95 apartments and 7 retail units located at the podium level.
Phu My Hung The Aurora is among the few projects in Phu My Hung that offer a diverse range of apartment layouts. One- and two-bedroom units, ranging from 42 to 76 square meters, account for 95% of the project, while the remaining units are three- and four-bedroom apartments ranging from 97 to 144 square meters.
The project has fulfilled all legal requirements. The developer is expected to officially announce the Phu My Hung The Aurora project on March 24.
A representative of Phu My Hung stated that after 30 years of development, the Phu My Hung urban area has attracted more than 65,000 residents to live, work, and study there. More than 50% of them are foreigners from 26 countries and territories around the world.
Currently, only around 15% of residential land remains available in the Phu My Hung urban area. Therefore, the developer plans to focus mainly on luxury and ultra-luxury products in the future.
Only a very small portion of this remaining land bank will be allocated to high-end apartment projects in order to meet the housing demand of city residents and the young intellectual community who wish to settle in the Phu My Hung urban area.
